Lab Testing Technician (Recent Grads/Entry Level)

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading regulated manufacturing organization to identify a Lab Testing Technician for an opportunity in Burlington, MA. Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine GMP testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Execute approved testing procedures and protocols to ensure product quality and compliance. Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing. Operate, maintain, calibrate, and verify laboratory instruments and testing equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues and support timely resolution to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of sample information, testing activities, and results. Prepare and update documentation related to GMP testing procedures. Ensure testing activities comply with GMP regulations, internal quality standards, and established procedures. Support investigations related to product quality deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, manufacturing, quality control, and other cross-functional teams. Communicate testing results and support corrective actions when required. Follow all laboratory safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve GMP testing processes, efficiency, and overall product quality. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a relevant field preferred. Previous experience as a GMP Test Technician or similar role in a regulated manufacturing environment. Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality assurance processes. Experience operating and troubleshooting laboratory testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
