RN/Registered Nurse PRN III, NICU Better+Together Work location: 4400 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound, TX 75028 Work hours: PRN, Nights. PRN III requires you to work 6 shifts (2 call shifts) per 6‑week schedule with 2 weekend shifts and 1 major/2 minor holiday shifts. Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team Self‑Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth Here’s What You Need Nursing Diploma Nursing Required or Associate’s Degree Nursing Required or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Preferred 1 Year clinical nursing experience Required 1 year of NICU experience highly preferred RN – Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly STABLE Program within 90 days Required NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
