Express Lube Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking an Express Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality vehicle maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience at an automotive dealership, a strong understanding of the service drive, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below, as well as other responsibilities as needed. Key Responsibilities: Check and Communicate Oil Level: Inspect and communicate oil levels to teammates. Ensure Tire Pressure: Verify and adjust tire pressure for proper inflation. Inspect and Refill Fluid Levels: Conduct refills as necessary. Complete Vehicle Inspection: Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues. Oil Drain Plug and Filter Installation: Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter during oil change procedures. Clean and Lubricate Fittings: Clean and lubricate fittings as needed to ensure optimal performance. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing our customer’s perspective. Qualifications: Previous experience at an automotive dealership. Strong understanding of the service drive. High school diploma or equivalent. Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination. Mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service skills. Basic computer competencies. Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
