Job Summary: Plans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.

CANDIDATE WILL WORK 3 DAYS IN MARSHALL, MI AND TWO DAYS IN BATTLE CREEK, MI (14231 Beadle Lake Road, Battle Creek, MI). Facilities are 17 miles apart.

Dress Code: Business Casual, or solid scrubs

RequirementDescription:

• 1+ years OT Adult/Peds experience - [Required]
• TRAVELER MUST HAVE OUTPATIENT EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
• Michigan OT License- [Required]
• Must have strong peds experience - [Required]
• Previous travel experience - [Preferred]
• Traveler must have a clean driving record and their own insurable vehicle for this need
• Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in
  profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF
  SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests
  at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information
  prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
