As a mobile therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting communication development by working in homes, daycares, and schools, helping children build meaningful skills where they use them most. This contract position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to create your own schedule and caseload. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans in natural environments Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions for pediatric clients Travel to client locations including homes, daycares, and schools Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support carryover of skills Educate and coach parents and staff on strategies to enhance communication throughout daily routines Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with professional standards Represent Little Talks Speech Therapy with professionalism, compassion, and strong communication Requirements Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experienced Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates will be considered Current liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ideal Candidate A self-starter who is organized, proactive, and does not require close supervision Passionate about family-centered care and collaboration Comfortable working independently in a variety of settings Skilled in building relationships with families and educational teams Compassionate, adaptable, and aligned with a functional, child-led therapy approach Why Little Talks Speech Therapy?
