Job Summary:
A Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, and communication Disorders. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans and supporting patients to improve their communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' speech, language, voice, and fluency needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid State License or Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be available to work 32 hours per week with a guaranteed 5-day schedule.
