My client is building an AI-native company to transform a massive, broken industry.
Millions of businesses still rely on outdated, manual systems that are slow, opaque, and inefficient. This team is rebuilding those systems from the ground up with AI at the core - automating workflows, improving decision-making, and removing friction across the customer journey.
The company is growing extremely quickly and building the infrastructure that will define how this industry operates over the next decade.
The Role
This is a founding BDR role, focused on building the outbound engine from scratch.
The successful candidate won’t just follow a playbook- they’ll help create it.
You’ll be responsible for starting conversations, generating pipeline, and identifying opportunities, while working closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
Every conversation you start will directly influence how the company scales.

What You'll Do
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Identify and target businesses across multiple industries
- Start conversations with decision-makers and qualify opportunities
- Own early-stage pipeline and ensure high-quality handoffs to Account Executives
- Work closely with sales and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach tactics
What They’re Looking For
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, BDR/SDR, or other customer-facing roles
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage new people quickly
- High energy and resilience; someone who enjoys talking to people all day
- Organized and able to manage pipeline, tasks, and follow-ups effectively
