Operations Strategy Consultant - FSP Team (AD Level Role)

Associate Director-level operations strategy consultant position focused on clinical trial proposal development and bid defense. The role involves developing operational strategy for RFPs, managing proposal processes, and driving efficiency improvements across clinical operations to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend operational proposal strategy aligned with commercial win objectives for assigned areas
• Oversee proposal deliverables, budget alignment, and profitability target achievement
• Drive operations segment development within proposals and establish KPIs for team success
• Partner with clinical operations, commercial, and cross-functional teams to improve proposal efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage operations escalation process and advise commercial strategy team on outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
• 12+ years related experience in clinical project management or equivalent combination
• Demonstrated expertise in proposal development and bid defense processes
• Leadership capability with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of clinical operations, GCP, FDA/ICH guidelines, and CRO business practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Experience managing budgets and profitability targets
