Commercial HVAC Service Technician

HVAC TechnicianWe are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipmentResponsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.Qualifications5+ years of field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVACMust have an EPA Certification (608) Universal LicenseCommercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration TechnicianKnowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments.Participates in the ongoing training available to our crews to keep updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment.Strong oral and written communication required.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Valid Driver's license and able to maintain a good driving record.Equal Opportunity EmployerAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
