Human Resources Manager

We're partnering with a well-established company in the High Point area that is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support approximately 200 employees across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, working manager role responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, investigations, onboarding, recruiting, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate enjoys being visible, building relationships, and partnering closely with leaders and employees alike.
