TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87106!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 18 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: NM License can pend at the time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Must work 2 out of 3 holiday bundles (Thanksgiving & the day after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day). No RQI certifications accepted. Travelers may float to other MS/Tele and lower acuity settings within skill set. Floating to the ED is expected with ratios of 1:5. Description: Candidates must be willing to float to various units and settings as needed. Patient ratios are typically 1:5, with possible adjustments based on acuity and available resources. Travelers should have experience with starting and maintaining IVs and telemetry. Candidates should be comfortable managing and interpreting dysrhythmias. The facility operates at over 100% capacity and serves a diverse patient population. Travelers may encounter a variety of patient diagnoses, including heart failure, COPD, trauma, and sepsis. Professionalism and adaptability are essential as staffing demands may fluctuate based on unit needs. Weekend shifts are required, with two shifts per four-week schedule. Travelers are expected to have a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a relevant setting. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment is essential for success in this role. Candidates must be open to completing any necessary training or certifications during their assignment. Advanced IV skills and telemetry experience are required. This role may require relief charge duties as needed. All travelers are subject to compliance requirements prior to starting their assignment.
