Senior Site Manager

About the Job We're Hiring: Senior Site Manager Are you a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments? Join us as a Senior Site Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of a large-scale managed services site while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance. What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Manage multiple service lines including print, mail, imaging, hospitality, and courier services.
- Drive SLA performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with clients to improve workflows and business processes.
- Lead change management initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Oversee staffing, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B and/or technical environment.
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
- Strong operational leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced technology aptitude and Office 365 proficiency.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead impactful client operations.
- Develop and mentor talented teams.
- Drive business growth and service excellence.
- Be a trusted advisor in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
