Shipping & Receiving Coordinator – Horseheads, NY
Employment Solutions is hiring immediately for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Horseheads, NY! We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills and previous shipping and receiving experience who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay: $16.50–$21.50/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3pm-1130pm
Location: Horseheads, NY
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
- Enter shipment and inventory information into computer systems
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, vendors, and warehouse personnel
- Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Track incoming and outgoing orders
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Assist with resolving shipping and receiving discrepancies
- Ensure the shipping and receiving area remains organized and efficient
- Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as needed
- Previous shipping and receiving experience is required
- Strong computer skills are required
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
