ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Source, pre-screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for casino, hotel, and operational positions across the property Guide applicants through every step of the hiring process. From first contact and interviews to contingent job offers, pre-employment screenings, and orientation setup Identify and build local recruitment channels using social media, digital job boards, high schools, trade schools, colleges, and community organizations, etc. Represent Treasure Island Resort & Casino at internal and external job fairs, community outreach events, and campus recruitment efforts Be future-focused by building strong relationships with department managers to understand and plan for their ongoing and future staffing needs Help train and coach management teams on effective, objective interview techniques and fair hiring practices Deliver exceptional service to job applicants and internal team members, matching the high guest service standards expected across the property Maintain accurate candidate records, job postings, and applicant statuses within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure all hiring and recruitment activities strictly adhere to Native Preference policies, Tribal Gaming regulations, Tribal policies, federal laws, and any state laws formally adopted by The Tribe KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources experience, preferably in hospitality, gaming, or high-volume staffing Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be able to travel to off-site recruitment events regularly Skills Required: Demonstrates strong typing skills with accuracy and efficiency when entering and maintaining information in computer systems Accurate, highly organized, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
