Engagement Specialist
Swanson Center
As a member of the Access Center team, the Engagement Specialist performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, engagement, orientation to services, referral, assessment and screenings, crisis intervention, skills training, outreach, advocacy, and standard case management tasks. These tasks may also include coordination with other agencies, hospitals, health providers, schools, courts, and community resources. QUALIFICATIONS/DEGREE Associates degree or two to five years equivalent in the health care industry or in a comparable patient account or enrollment position preferred. High school diploma or equivalency required. Must obtain and maintain Indiana Navigator certification and Indiana Application Counselor certification. Must possess a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and a registered four-wheeled vehicle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
