$29.00 per hour

48 hours guaranteed

12-hour night shifts

Weekend and holiday rotation required

Position Overview

SpectrumACS, a division of American Correctional Solutions, is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for a local contract assignment at a state inpatient psychiatric facility in Pueblo, Colorado. This facility provides care for adult forensic and civil behavioral health populations in a secure, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an inpatient psychiatric setting

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Monitor and document patient behavior and safety concerns

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment

Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

Participate in MANDT crisis management and restraint training

Requirements

Active Colorado CNA certification (required prior to start)

Inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred

Current AHA BLS certification

Experience in secure, forensic, or inpatient psychiatric settings preferred

Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
