Work closely with a caseload of approximately 80 students, helping them gain the skills and confidence they need to thrive academically and socially. What You Bring:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical background also considered
• Ability to manage a caseload of 80 students, delivering individualized and group therapy sessions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and other support professionals

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language intervention for school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Engage with students, parents, and staff to foster communication and support positive outcomes
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and advocacy for students with communication needs
