HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION)

US Department of War

Duties

You will execute fleet wide-policy development and implementation.

You will administer the day-to-day of classification programs.

You will lead special projects, studies, and fleet-wide assessments relating to a wide-range of classification matters.

You will assist in identifying and leading process improvement projects, process improvement teams and serves as a change agent for continuous process improvement related to the classification program.

You will analyze problems and provide authoritative advice to the director, civilian human resources (DCHR) and human resources office (HROs), and collaborate with stakeholders to address complex issues.
