Job Details We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple large-scale multifamily and high-rise projects. This individual will be responsible for overall project success—from preconstruction through turnover—while driving financial performance, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale multifamily/high-rise projects. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Superintendents. Maintain ultimate responsibility for project financial performance, cost controls, and forecasting. Partner with preconstruction teams on budgeting, constructability reviews, and project planning. Serve as senior client-facing representative, building long-term, repeat business relationships. Ensure consistent execution of safety, quality control, and risk management standards. Oversee contract strategy, buyout approach, and major change order negotiations. Drive accountability across schedules, staffing plans, and project delivery benchmarks. Identify and resolve high-level issues before they impact cost, schedule, or client trust. What You Bring 15+ years of commercial construction experience with significant multifamily/high-rise exposure. Proven leadership at the Project Executive or Senior Project Director level. Strong financial acumen with experience managing large project portfolios. Deep understanding of contracts, delivery methods, and complex urban construction. Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and operate at both strategic and field levels. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
