Repairs & Replacements Perform repairs and component replacements on vehicle systems including: Transmissions Brakes Suspension Steering HVAC Electrical and mechanical systems Other vehicle systems according to manufacturer guidelines Quality Checks & Road Tests Perform thorough inspections and road tests to ensure all repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards. Routine Maintenance Complete preventative maintenance services, including: Oil changes Tire rotations Fluid services Multi-point inspections Other scheduled maintenance Training & Development Participate in factory and in-house training to continuously develop your technical knowledge, skills, and certifications. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required Personal tools required Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures Flexible availability Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Commitment to quality workmanship Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Valid driver's license Applicants must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete the pre-employment screening process.
