Machine Operator – Plastic Injection Molding- 12 Hour Shifts Location: Fraser / Clinton Township, MI area Pay: $16.00/hr + $0.50 shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift Shift: 1st shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM 2nd shift: 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts- ROTATING SCHEDULE Qualified Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a well-established plastic injection molding manufacturer with over 50 years of experience. We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines. Inspect parts for quality and defects. Trim, assemble, and package finished products. Perform basic machine checks and report any issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Meet production and quality expectations. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Qualifications Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements. Ability to push, pull, and move materials as needed. Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks throughout the shift.
