What we’re seeking:
- Valid licensure as an SLPA with experience in school-based or healthcare settings
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting speech-language initiatives in schools
- Proven ability to manage elementary-level caseloads effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A team-oriented mindset, ready to work alongside educators, therapists, and families
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Supporting the implementation of IEP goals for elementary students in both group and individual settings
- Gathering data, preparing materials, and tracking student progress with attention to detail
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to help students achieve communication and academic milestones
- Flexibly adapting to classroom and individual needs while maintaining organization and a positive approach
