Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end searches from client briefing to candidate acceptance.

• Utilize our advanced platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, automation of follow-ups, and organization.
• Focus on permanent placements that yield enduring value for clients and lucrative commissions for you.
• Contribute to brand leadership by enhancing both our brand and your personal brand through thought leadership.

• Comfortable working with ATS and CRM systems (training on our system will be provided).
