Procurement Program Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Procurement Program Manager to oversee program execution and delivery across global procurement initiatives. The role involves managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and developing business solutions while maintaining stakeholder communication and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent procurement projects with documented project management and organizational skills
Develop project deliverable structures and facilitate agreement on solutions with leadership and key partners
Monitor project risks, track progress against plan, and report status to senior leadership and stakeholders
Lead and coordinate geographically distributed cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Perform financial analysis and business case development to identify value and implementation requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Science
Seven or more years managing complex global programs and projects
Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Category Management
Proficiency with project management tools including Gantt charts, dashboards, and business case development
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Life Sciences, BioTech, or Pharma industry experience preferred
