Safety Manager

Overview We are hiring a Safety Manager in Spring Hill, TN. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 4:00 pm – 12:30 am (based on business needs). Key Responsibilities Conduct safety meetings, audits, and customer engagement across the site. Oversee safety training, manage safety metrics and ensure training completions. Develop recommendations for safety improvements and present to management. Plan and implement safety training for employees in work‑site safety practices. Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide training, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. Must be available to work a flexible schedule during various work shifts. Skills & Abilities Build and manage effective teams. Strong leadership and motivating skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving and analytical skills. Organizational skills with ability to prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks. Computer literacy – proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word). Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations. Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements. Bilingual in English and French (for Quebec locations only). Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field. Two (2) or more years of managing and leading direct reports.
