Construction Technician - Laborer

We are currently seeking Construction Technicians - Laborers with a valid CDL license to join our team in Tucker, GA area . As a Construction Technician - Laborer, you will be responsible for the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects. This position requires working with minimal oversight while still adhering to instructions closely. We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout. The starting pay is $25.00-$30.00 per hour dependent upon experience. Candidates with enough industry-related experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate. Why You’ll Love Working For Us: Competitive salary Daily per diem while traveling 100% covered individual hotel room stays while traveling Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage 401k matching Tuition assistance Paid time off and overtime pay Company paid PPE, boots, and safety gear Career growth opportunities Work for a forward-thinking and innovative company Ecological footprint -We are rehabbing the world’s infrastructure, one pipe at a time, with minimal disruption to people’s daily routines, with little waste What You’ll Do: Repair various types of sewer lines by using a specific product and process Ensure pull-in tube is properly prepared for installation by examining D-Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable Install the prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate material Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc. Learn / train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment Perform set up and clean up tasks at job site/ shop What We Need From You: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience as a Construction Laborer and / or Installation Technician highly preferred OSHA certifications are a plus Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report Must possess a Class A or BCDL license and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Tanker endorsement is preferred) Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles Must be able to travel as needed Azuria Water Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
