Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in New Mexico
• Familiarity with pediatric speech and language disorders, especially in school-based settings
• Previous experience working with early childhood or K–12 students preferred
• Comfort with adapting caseloads and collaborating with multi-disciplinary education teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services to meet speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student progress
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals
• Adapt therapy approaches to match the needs of diverse student populations
