Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Appalachian Regional Healthcare.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: - IR experience preferred.

Special Requests: - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit. - Housing within 30 minutes of the facility is required for STEMI call. - Must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered. - Cannot apply to more than one job at a time.

Shift & Scheduling: - You must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12). - Monday-Friday. - On-call 1-2 times during the week and 1-2 weekends per month.

Floating Requirements: - Float required within scope of practice.

14 days maximum time off

1 reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
