Evening Receptionist

A busy office is seeking a dependable Evening Receptionist to manage the front desk and support daily office operations. This role requires someone who is organized, emotionally steady, and able to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and staff.

The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, greet guests, assist with scheduling, and support administrative tasks while ensuring the office runs smoothly throughout the day. The ideal candidate is mature, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and manage the front desk

Qualifications:
• Prior receptionist or office experience preferred

• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Must be Yiddish Speaking

Location : Boro Park/ Monroe

Type : Full time (5:00/ 6:00 -Midnight)

Salary : $25-$30/hour
