Are you passionate about the outdoor and powersports lifestyle? Power Lodge Florida is seeking an energetic, results-driven Powersports Sales Representative to join our team in Bonita Springs!

In this role, you’ll help enthusiasts and first-time buyers find their dream ride—whether it’s high-performance Personal Watercraft (PWCs), rugged ATVs and Side-by-Sides, dynamic motorcycles/motorbikes, or boats. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers, respond to phone/digital inquiries, and guide buyers through our inventory of PWCs, ATVs, motorcycles, and power equipment.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of current model specs, features, accessories, and factory incentives across major brands (Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Can-Am, CFMOTO, Honda, Kawasaki, etc.).
• Sales Execution: Conduct consultative sales presentations, walk-arounds, and demonstrations to match customers with the ideal vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
• Financing & Closing: Work closely with our Finance & Insurance team to guide customers seamlessly through financing options, trade-in evaluations, protection plans, and final deliveries.
• Lead Management: Follow up proactively with past inquiries, unsold prospects, and existing owners to generate repeat and referral business.
• Showroom Standards: Assist in maintaining an inviting, clean, and organized showroom floor with properly displayed inventory.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–2+ years of retail sales experience preferred (powersports, marine, automotive, or high-ticket retail is a major plus).
• Passion for Powersports: Strong familiarity with PWCs, ATVs, side-by-sides, or motorcycles.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer-First Mindset: Driven, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement or boater safety certification is a plus). Must be available to work weekends during peak sales traffic.
