Someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, who has previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping customized proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), consultant/client questionnaires, and other requests for informationReviewing new RFPs to understand the dynamics of eachAttending strategy calls to discuss RFP requirementsCollaborating with proposal team, sales executive, underwriting, and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to generate proposal responses that are compelling and accordant with operational capabilities and proposed financial offerCirculating draft responses for internal review and incorporating editsAssembling final proposal, including RFP forms and required exhibitsEnsuring all internal and external deadlines are met with high qualityAssisting with proposal templates and content updates on an ongoing basisSupporting best-in-class initiatives and other departmental activities/objectivesSkills/QualificationsBachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, or business is preferredExperience writing RFPs for businessThree years of professional writing experience in the pharma industryExcellent written and oral communication skillsProject management experienceAbility to create partnerships with all departments throughout the organizationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
