An exciting contract opportunity is available for a skilled educator near Salem, NH, as a 3rd Grade General Education/Resource teacher for the upcoming school year. This role blends resource and general education teaching, focusing primarily on 3rd-grade students while also supporting 4th and 5th graders through both push-in and pull-out methods. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, specialized instructional support to a caseload of 10-15 students in 3rd grade using both in-class and pull-out settings.
• Flexibly support individual students and small groups in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades as needs arise.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, support staff, and administration to ensure alignment of instruction and a cohesive, inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain positive classroom management and establish clear behavioral and academic expectations.
• Monitor student progress, advocate for necessary resources, and respond proactively to the evolving needs of your caseload.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Special Education Certification is highly valued.
