Miller’s Textile Services is looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand our customer base in Wapakoneta and surrounding communities. About Us At Miller’s Textile Services, we provide Linen, Uniform, Mat, and Sanitation/Janitorial/First Aid rental services to businesses across Ohio. What You’ll Do Drive New Business Growth: Prospect through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits to schedule appointments, deliver presentations, and close multi-year service agreements. Deliver Value-Based Solutions: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to recommend the right products and services that align with customer goals and profitability targets. Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Manage documentation and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless transition for new accounts during their first six weeks of service. Build Lasting Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Sales Director, Service leadership, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. What We Offer Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (average reps earn an additional $15,000–$61,000 annually) + quarterly and annual performance bonuses. Company Vehicle: All expenses covered (insurance, gas, maintenance). Tools & Support: Laptop and cell phone allowance. What We’re Looking For Experience in B2B sales or customer service , ideally in a recurring or rental-based service industry. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, self-starting attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
