Clinical Registered Dietitian – Part-Time/Hybrid
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian for a flexible part-time, hybrid role. This opportunity offers a blend of in-person and telehealth work, a schedule you design, and paid travel time at your regular hourly rate in addition to your scheduled consultant hours.
Facility Type: Clinical Dietitian
Position Details:
- Schedule: 20 hours per week (consultant hours)
- Work Model: 50% remote via telehealth, 1–2 onsite visits per week
- Flexibility: Choose your days and hours
- Compensation: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience
- Travel Pay: Paid at your regular hourly rate in addition to scheduled consultant hours
- Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nutrition assessments for new admissions and quarterly, or more frequently for high-risk residents
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor resident weights to assess nutrition and hydration status
- Conduct kitchen sanitation audits and review menus for USDA compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
- Current state licensure/certification (if required)
- 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with state survey processes and electronic charting systems
