Job Details Posted: 18 June 2026 Location: Washington, DC Reference: 1008369 Hybrid Overview NEED TO BE BASED IN NORTH EAST. 30 MIN OR SO FROM TRAIN STATION IDEALLY. ROLE IS REMOTE BUT TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR TRAINING (OVERNIGHTS). MOBILE DEVICE EXP NEEDED. KRONOS OR MAXIMO A HUGE PLUS. Responsibilities Travel to field locations to support training sessions. Facilitate training classes onsite and virtually. Assist with ensuring user readiness (training materials, access, environment setup). Analyze mobile device management settings and processes. Provide suggestions for improvement and enablement of bringing current operations to scale. Qualifications Experience supporting system rollouts or go‑lives (especially multi‑site). Experience working with field operations teams (e.g., mechanical, transportation, industrial environments). Experience agile and reporting tools using Figma, Confluence, Jira, Tableau. Certifications: SAFe, Prosci, Kotter. Preferred: Training experience with UKG Time & Attendance System and/or Maximo (Asset Management System).
