Program Manager/Training Lead

Program Manager/Training Lead Employment Type: Full Time Department: Project Management Here at CGS, we are seeking a Program Manger/Training Lead to assist with the design, development, and delivery of training for internal and external audiences for a government client. Responsibilities Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize. Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role‑based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan. Co‑deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end‑to‑end claims lifecycle processes, including curriculum and standardized materials related to policies and procedures for claim review, claim administration, quality control, and payment. Create user‑friendly graphics and communication media for How‑To Guides, website content, and other vehicles to inform and educate the public, law firms, and VCF staff. Provide support to staff during transition and ensure successful rollout of transformed claim review and operational processes; work with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team to determine the overall training schedule and timeline. Design and develop training materials for myVCF system using resources from the integrator. Develop communication materials for internal and external audiences, including PowerPoints, handouts, and supporting focus groups. Submit all training and communications for approval by VCF and track the materials through the approval process. Qualifications Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approaches, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e‑learning modules. Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients. Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership. Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality and on‑time deliverables. Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Experience with Salesforce preferred. Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Must be a United States citizen.
