This high-impact group thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where talent quality, precision, urgency, and collaboration are key drivers of success.We are seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter who thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments focused on Sales, Delivery, Aftersales, and operational excellence. This role demands laser focus, data-driven insights, and relentless drive to meet aggressive hiring goals in support of Lucid's mission-critical programs and GTM timelines. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles in aligned regions including non-exempt and exempt positions, owning everything from demand planning to training and coaching hiring managers, proactive sourcing, offer negotiation, and stakeholder alignment.Partner with leadership to forecast headcount needs, prioritize requisitions, and design talent strategies aligned with schedules and operational urgency.Drive high-volume, end-to-end recruiting for Commercial positions—including sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing candidates with speed and quality.Engage and influence stakeholders for decision-making at pace.Develop and execute targeted pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies and competitor market insights.Lead offer negotiations with a focus on competitiveness and timely deal closure.Deliver real-time recruitment analytics to drive decisions and forecast progress against hiring plans.Maintain onsite presence to build trusting relationships, coordinate rapid hiring initiatives and support surge activities, and leadership engagement.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years and a Master's degree, or 9+ years equivalent direct experience of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced agile environment working hourly and salaried positions in GTMExpertise in managing requisitions across fast-scale organizations prioritizing timelines.Proven ability to navigate ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and leverage talent market intelligence tools.Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels in an ambiguous environment.Track record of balancing speed with quality while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.Fluency of various sourcing platforms such as Indeed and Linked In RecruiterPreferred Qualifications:Experience in automotive/EV, or mobility industries.Previous involvement in hypergrowth or start-up hiring environments.Knowledge of diversity recruiting strategies and handling immigration processes.Onsite position at Lucid Motors Phoenix Hub: 4141 E Broadway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85040. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
