We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing strategy across digital channels, product launches, content creation, and lead generation. If you're equally comfortable behind a camera on a job site and behind a dashboard analyzing campaign performance, this role was built for you. Who We Are Our Client is a premier design-build contractor specializing in commercial stair systems, railings, structural steel, and architectural metal solutions for multi-housing renovation projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. We design, fabricate, and install everything in-house, helping property owners protect assets, reduce liability, and enhance resident experiences. As we continue to grow, we're investing in marketing as a key driver of our future success. What You'll Own Photography, Video, and Copy Development What You'll Do Create and manage a strategic content calendar that showcases our projects, people, and expertise. Capture engaging photo and video content from active construction sites and transform it into high-performing digital content. Optimize website performance and drive organic traffic through SEO best practices. Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns, owning budgets, targeting strategies, and performance metrics. Develop go-to-market plans for new products, services, and offerings. Build dashboards and report on lead volume, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints. Collaborate closely with Sales and Estimating teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of marketing experience (construction, manufacturing, or B2B industries preferred) Proven success managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and content strategy Strong content creation skills including photography, video, and copywriting Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms Comfortable working in the field to capture authentic project content Analytical, results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth Self-starter who thrives with ownership and autonomy Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout MD, VA, and D.C.
