Job Title: Partner Marketing Manager Location-Type: Hybrid – Owings Mills, MD (2-4 days/week onsite) Start Date Is: September 14, 2026 Duration: Contract through December 31, 2026 (Potential for Extension) Hourly Pay Rate: $35 – $41/hr Equipment: Candidate must provide their own equipment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Job Description: Support partner marketing and go-to-market initiatives for a leading financial services organization, serving as a strategic and executional resource behind the scenes to help translate marketing objectives into campaigns, communications, sales enablement, and partner activations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support partner marketing campaigns, activations, and joint go-to-market initiatives
• Assist with campaign development from initial strategy through execution and measurement
• Develop and coordinate internal sales enablement communications and external partner-facing materials
• Help align partner marketing initiatives with broader sales priorities and go-to-market plans
• Coordinate campaign timelines, feedback, approvals, markups, and deliverables
• Review and provide comments and markups on marketing materials using Adobe Acrobat
• Manage marketing materials and content within CMS and sales enablement platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and partner teams
• Support internal activation efforts to ensure Sales teams understand and effectively utilize marketing initiatives
• Help track campaign performance and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
• Support upper-funnel and brand awareness initiatives as they relate to partner marketing objectives
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Translate broader strategic objectives into actionable day-to-day deliverables
• Proactively identify next steps and keep initiatives moving with limited oversight

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional marketing experience
• Experience in partner marketing, integrated marketing, go-to-market marketing, marketing communications, or a closely related area
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
• Experience developing or coordinating internal and external marketing communications
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams
• Strong understanding of how marketing initiatives support sales and broader go-to-market objectives
• Hands-on Adobe Acrobat experience, including reviewing and commenting on PDFs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working within a CMS or content management platform
• Strong project coordination skills with experience managing timelines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables
• Ability to connect strategic, big-picture objectives to hands-on execution
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive, self-directed working style with the ability to anticipate next steps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work onsite in Baltimore or Owings Mills, MD 1–2 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Seismic
• Previous partner or channel marketing experience
• Experience supporting joint go-to-market or partner activation initiatives
• Sales enablement experience
• Campaign measurement and performance reporting experience
• Public relations or external communications experience
• Upper-funnel or brand awareness marketing experience
• Experience within financial services or another large, complex corporate environment
