Apartment Maintenance Technician | Full-Time

What You'll Do

Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.

Prepare apartment homes for new residents, including painting, repairs, cleaning touch-ups, and inspections.

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, doors, locks, and other building systems.

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds and common areas.

Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other seasonal property needs as required.

Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance emergencies.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.

Work closely with the Property Director and Maintenance Supervisor to provide an exceptional living experience for our residents.

What We're Looking For

Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related maintenance experience preferred.

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general carpentry.

HVAC certification is a plus but not required.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position.

Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
