TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Oncology RN in Matthews, North Carolina, 28105!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Oncology Chemo Certified Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Oncology-specific experience License: Current nursing license required Certifications: BCLS, ONS Chemo/Bio Card Must-Have: Central line experience, ability to administer chemotherapy Description: CROSS POSTING JOB ID#: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional requests for time off on the unit could possibly lead to cancellation of the contract. Preferred certification includes Oncology Certified Nurse. Ratios are 1:5. 40 hours can be offered per week. Will accept 13-week contracts. Pre-shift COVID screening is required. There is no call requirement. There is no weekend coverage required. Patient demographics include adults over the age of 18 with hematology and medical oncology diagnoses. Currently, there are 10 infusion chairs available to accommodate social distancing. Unit equipment includes ambulatory infusion pumps. Mixing technicians and pharmacy handle all mixing processes. Travelers may be required to float to other clinics as necessary. All candidates must complete required testing prior to starting. Reference checks are preferred at the time of submission. Two manager or supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred. Candidates may float to other units based on skill sets and census. Travel pairs are allowed but must work on different units. Candidates must be comfortable floating with no restrictions or special requests. Travelers cannot work more than five consecutive days or more than 60 hours in a week. Modules must be completed prior to starting the assignment and are recorded via online learning. Respect for fatigue policies is expected.
