In this key role, you’ll lead staff training and development efforts, helping ensure our team delivers the highest quality care to our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for an LPN with at least 1 year of experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role and make a real impact. What You’ll Do: Design and lead orientation programs for new staff Coordinate ongoing training and in-services to maintain regulatory and clinical compliance Track and document staff competencies and certifications Support ongoing professional development and a culture of learning Collaborate with facility leadership to prepare for surveys and enhance quality outcomes What We’re Looking For: Active Georgia RN license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care experience is a plus) Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills A genuine passion for mentoring and professional growth Why Join Us?
