RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviewsnew customer accounts andcheckingcustomer credit history using commercial credit reporting service todeterminecredit standing and initial credit limit Review customer sales tax exemption certificates to ensure sales tax complianceand ensure overall complete set up of customer file Complete salesinvoice billing daily and distribute invoices through proper channels Processes cash receipt adjustments as needed Prepare and distribute weekly / monthlyconsolidatedinvoices Processcash receipts, including all lockbox, electronic payment report and check reports for daily deposits Preparing reports of dailycollection metrics Reconcile transaction report to bank totals daily to prepare for monthly cash reconciliation Assistwith credit card payment processas needed Set upvendor files for customer refunds

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience inaAccounting related function High school diploma.Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent Strongverbal and written communication Intermediatein Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated ability toidentifyproblemsand recommendsolutions
