• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: Day Shift, 36 hours/week with potential Overtime for staffing needs
• Schedule: Alternating weekends, no on-call required
• Hours/Week: 36 hours (plus possible OT)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• License/Certs: Kansas RT License, NBRC CRT/RRT, BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP
• Experience: Minimum 6 months, critical care experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $28.57 - $37.84 (additional shift differentials may apply)

• Note: Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Perform respiratory therapy procedures including ventilator management, bedside medication verification, and patient assessments
• Work independently in critical care areas following clinical check-offs and protocols
• Assist in the training and mentoring of students and new staff members
• Contribute to patient care plans by assessing patient needs and suggesting appropriate therapies
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal respiratory services

What You Need
Required:

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care
• Kansas Respiratory Therapist License
• NBRC CRT/RRT Credential
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP Certifications
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Respiratory Care or related fields
• Additional respiratory therapy training or work experience
• Clinical instruction experience
• Critical care experience (minimum 6 months)
