Bottle Service Server: Lookout Tavern in Phoenix

Bottle Service Server At Lookout Tavern In Phoenix

Lookout Tavern, located at 830 E Greenway Pkwy #100 in North Phoenix, is seeking a part-time Bottle Service Server for Friday and Saturday nights from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. The position offers hourly wages plus tips, with potential bottle bonuses, and weekly pay. The server will prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, take food and beverage orders, and provide VIP bottle service in a lively nightclub environment.

The role requires experience in bottle service and the ability to work comfortably in loud, crowded conditions. Responsibilities include checking identification, confirming legal drinking age, recommending drinks, mixing cocktails, keeping tables supplied, and promoting liquor and champagne sales. Social media use, customer outreach, and the ability to promote and sell tables are part of the job, with an existing following being a bonus. The position also requires willingness to wear Scottsdale-style clubwear and learn drink mixing, garnishing, and service standards when needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bottle service, cocktail preparation, guest communication, and late-night hospitality work. Availability for both weekend shifts, comfort with loud club conditions, and experience promoting tables through social channels are essential. The role also involves decisions about weekend availability, Scottsdale-style clubwear, alcohol knowledge, and the amount of customer outreach the applicant is prepared to handle. A candidate with a following or table-sales experience can include those results with the application.
