Legal Assistant

Ultimate Staffing

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant for a reputable personal injury firm located in Pinellas County. This position is integral to the firm's operations, acting as the communication hub between clients, case managers, and attorneys.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary communication link between clients, case managers, and attorneys.
  • Gather, analyze, and research information and documents while managing a high-volume caseload.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and collaborate with the Claims Manager and Attorney.
  • Collect related medical records and bills; assist in obtaining medical bills and lien reductions for case closings.
  • Monitor cases concerning medical treatments and client injury progression.
  • Prioritize responsibilities and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Utilize Outlook, Word, Send It By Text, and Litify case management software frequently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a legal administrative role, preferably within personal injury law.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift.
