The Nurse Lawyer, P.A. is a team led by the only board‑certified civil trial lawyer and registered nurse in the state of Florida. We are a dedicated, vibrant group of professionals that maintain adaptability, teamwork, and communication to do the best we can for our clients. We also believe that while we serve our clients, our work should be fun. Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage your own case load under the supervision of an attorney and with the help of a legal assistant. Handle cases through all litigation phases: client communication, medical records review/management, drafting discovery, e‑filing pleadings, trial preparation, and finalizing case closure. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Typing speed of 65+ WPM. Self‑motivated, positive, enthusiastic, a team player, hardworking, and efficient.
