Executive Sales Assistant

Job Description

Executive Sales Assistant would support all sales-related activities, including generating customer proposals, processing sales orders, organizing customer documentation and project information, assisting with trade shows and customer visits, and ordering office supplies as needed. You would directly support three salespeople and multiple sales agents and be a key member of the sales team. This is full time position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 3 weeks of PTO in year one and fully paid health insurance premiums.
