Automotive Salesperson Position

We are a family-owned dealership that's expanding our team. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused salesperson to join us. Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored automotive solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Hyundai and Genesis models, features, and technologies. Effectively communicate the unique selling points of each vehicle to customers.
• Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Provide accurate information, conduct test drives, and assist with financing options.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Cultivate a positive and trusting rapport with clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including the finance and service departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth within the automotive sales field.

Requirements:

• Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive technology and features. Willingness to learn and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
• Sales Techniques: Familiarity with effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
• Professionalism: Present a polished and professional image. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
