Schedule: Average 176 hours/month (22 working days/month, 8 hours/day)

Role Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor will support the processing and disposition of decommissioned networking hardware within a data center / warehouse operations environment. This role requires experience handling technical hardware, inventory workflows, inspections, and coordination with warehouse teams.

Hardware Includes:

• Networking racks
• Chassis and line cards
• Optics and fiber equipment
• PDUs and power cables
• Ancillary networking equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections of incoming hardware for damage and verification
• Validate serial numbers, labels, packaging, and country of origin
• Manage work orders using proprietary inventory management tools
• Support inventory processing, de-kitting, and hardware categorization
• Coordinate disposition activities including reuse, remarketing, or scrap
• Perform retrofit and configuration checks on networking equipment
• Coordinate material handoff to warehouse vendors
• Maintain packaging supply inventory for secure hardware handling

Required Experience:

• Warehouse supervision or inventory operations experience
• Experience handling networking or technical hardware
• Familiarity with inventory management and asset tracking workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
